The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Processing time is the time it takes me to make your order to the point it is ready to be posted.
Our current processing time is 4-5 WORKING days. It’s important to note that this is Monday – Friday. So if you order on Friday, yourworking days won’t begin counting down until the following Monday. Once your item is posted it is then a further 1-3 working days to delivery (assuming you’re in the UK and have opted for 1st class postage).

These items are made to order and will ship according to the party date.

Custom and personalized orders will take about 1-2 weeks to produce dependent upon quantity. Estimated production times will be notated in individual listings. I try my best to get your order out to you as soon as I can. If you have a rush order or questions about how long your custom order will take, please ask me and I will be able to give you better estimates on a per case basis. Most times, your order will get to you way before the estimated date!

You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order to get a full refund.

If you find that you entered the wrong shipping address please message me within 12 hours and I can cancel your order and you can repurchase with the correct address.
