1. General provisions.

1.1. This privacy policy regulates the basic principles and procedures of collecting, processing, and storage of Customer personal data by online store.

1.2. Collecting, processing, and storage of the Customer’s personal data is defined by this Privacy policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

7. Final Provisions.

7.1. Personal Data Processing Rules may be amended in part or in full. Additions or amendments to Personal Data Processing Rules shall enter into force upon their publication, i.e. from the date they are posted on the website.

7.2. If the Customer does not agree with the new version of the Personal Data Processing Rules, they have the right to refuse it in writing, provided that the Customer surrenders the right to use website services.

7.3. If the Customer continues to use website services after the additions or amendments to the Personal Data Processing Rules, it is considered that the Customer agrees with its new version.

7.4. Continued use of website services means compliance with these Rules. All disagreements and disputes shall be settled through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
