We hope you’ll be delighted by your new MejaCraftBox items, but just in case you’re not, there are several circumstances in which we will refund your purchase, subject to the item being returned within 30 days of the item being received by you.
- Not accepting returns for personalized items.
- Please contact us at email@example.com and do let us know if you wish to return your order.
- The unwanted product must be returned in an ‘as new ‘ condition with all packaging and accessories, within 30 days of the item being received by you.
- MejaCraftBox is not liable for the cost of postage incurred for returning items that were ordered.
In the event of an incorrect item being delivered, MejaCraftBox will reimburse any charges upon receipt of the returned goods.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If the product is faulty or is damaged in transit please contact us at email@example.com to let us know what is wrong with the items and to get advice on how to return the items. Please also let us know if you would like a refund or item replacement.
