Topper size: 6 x 3” comes mounted on an acrylic clear stick.
Each pennant is a light grey colour, measures 5 x 5” approx. and comes with 3 small paper flowers on each.

Letters made from Rose gold glitter card.
Colours of banner can be customised.
Overall size of the banner ( not including ribbon) is about 15” wide.
Banner colours can be customised to mach your party decor.
This banner comes with a ribbon to be easy to hang around the chair.
